Responsibilities

Perform hands-on configuration and customization of the ServiceNow platform to support ITSM processes such as Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management
Configure and enhance Service Catalog, workflows, and automation to improve service delivery and user experience
Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise applications using APIs, web services, and connectors
Write and document clean, efficient, and maintainable code using JavaScript, Glide API, and related technologies
Administer multiple ServiceNow instances, including access control, workflow automation, data integrity, and system upgrades
Collaborate with CTS teams, business stakeholders, and project managers to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions
Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including system configurations, workflows, and customizations
Stay current with ServiceNow releases, features, and industry trends to recommend and implement platform enhancements

Required

Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer/Administrator, with strong ITSM expertise
ServiceNow certifications such as Certified Application Developer (CAD), Certified System Administrator (CSA), or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in ITSM or other modules
Proficiency in ServiceNow configuration, scripting, workflow automation, and integrations
Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices; ITIL v4 certification is a plus
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while ensuring high-quality deliverables
