Responsibilities

Development of innovative retail packaging solutions, corrugated displays, & protective/supportive package inserts for a variety of consumer goods
Interpret and transform sketches into 2D dielines using current CAD software
Generate detailed package material specification sheets for cost estimation
Debug files prior to release to production & graphic teams
Assist in daily cutting, folding, and assembly of package dielines and preparation of package concepts for marketing and sales presentations

Required

Creative thinker with an enthusiastic 'team player' attitude
Able to effectively manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a strict attention to detail
Should possess a working knowledge of materials and processes used in package development, evaluation, and manufacturing
Experienced in developing 2D package dielines using current CAD software
Familiar with the operation of Kongsberg cutting tables
Familiar with 3-D modeling using Solidworks
Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator
