Responsibilities
Conduct in-depth research and analysis of crypto projects across various sectors
Produce comprehensive project reports and risk assessments that provide a holistic understanding of each project and its potential risks
Analyze, evaluate, and synthesize trends from multiple data sources, including internal data and public blockchain information
Engage with project teams and industry professionals to gather relevant insights
Maintain strong attention to detail when assessing market developments and projects
Proactively stay informed about market trends, opportunities, risks, and emerging projects, demonstrating a passion for the cryptocurrency industry
Qualification
Required
Experience in crypto/blockchain companies or venture capital research
Familiarity with on-chain data platforms and ability to interpret blockchain data
Strong analytical skills with deep knowledge of blockchain technology, tokenomics, and crypto market dynamics
Proven ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing
Self-driven with a strong work ethic and high level of initiative
Ability to perform well under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Preferred
Bachelor's degrees in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or other related areas are a plus
CFA is a plus
