Responsibilities

Manage wallet protocol launches and decommissions, perform daily product maintenance, and conduct acceptance testing for new products
Collaborate with project teams to build campaign products that meet Web3 Wallet Earn requirements; skilled in setting standards, defining requirements, and tracking progress
Continuously explore new on-chain earning opportunities and propose product solutions to integrate them into the wallet Earn product ecosystem

Qualification

On-chain DeFi experienceProduct managementOperational mindsetProduct thinkingFluency in English

Required

Deep involvement in on-chain DeFi earning projects
Understanding of on-chain product mechanisms
Capability of conducting in-depth research and audits of on-chain projects
Possession of both product thinking and operational mindset
Ability to drive improvements in user experience
Fluency in English to coordinate with overseas project teams

Preferred

Experience as on-chain DeFi product managers
