Lodgify is a fast-growing scale-up company leading the vacation rental industry, seeking an enthusiastic entry-level Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join their team. The role involves engaging potential customers, qualifying leads, and setting up opportunities for the Sales team to close, all while working in a fully remote environment.

Responsibilities

Prequalify inbound leads via phone, chat, and email

Communicate Lodgify’s value by adapting it to each customer’s specific needs

Handle a high volume of inbound conversations and make up to 100 calls daily

Pass qualified leads to Sales and support deal closures

Log all activities accurately in HubSpot CRM

Share insights, improve processes, and help boost team performance

Qualification

Required

Strong fluency in English

Native fluency in two of the following languages: French, Italian, German, or Spanish

One year in a customer-facing role within the same company

Outstanding interpersonal skills and a confident, engaging phone presence

Genuine enthusiasm for web-based solutions and the ability to share that excitement with potential customers

Eagerness to learn, adapt, and thrive in a fast-paced digital environment

Preferred

Prior SDR or BDR experience is a strong plus
