Responsibilities

Interpret terms from third-party SVOD content licensing agreements into standardized metadata for internal consumption
Set up new third-party partners for payments
Manage title schedules and communicate key dates to stakeholders
Respond to third-party partner payment inquiries while working with accounts payable to resolve
Collaborate with multiple internal teams to drive process improvements
Educate peers and management on processes and expectations to meet department goals and objectives
Excellent organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Develop and implement AI-powered strategies to enhance operational efficiency and eliminate manual processes
Leverage AI and machine learning to streamline and improve the efficiency of CAM PM processes and day-to-day activities
Design and optimize AI prompts specifically for extracting terms and information from contractual SVOD license agreements
Update and maintain a territory specific third-party SVOD licensing pipeline database by tracking deal status, monitoring publishing deadlines, and updating payment schedules
Manage content partnerships through monthly check-ins for title launch management and accurate payments
Troubleshoot digital content issues reported by customers through our support platform
Collaborate with accounting and finance teams to validate contract data entries for accurate revenue recognition and billing
Partner with engineering and product teams to implement system optimizations to decrease user error rates

Required

3+ years of program or project management experience
3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams

Preferred

3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
3+ years of driving process improvements experience
Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
