Lincoln of Wayne is a family-owned luxury auto dealer committed to providing an unmatched automotive buying and servicing experience. They are seeking an Automotive Sales Consultant to be the first point of contact for clients, educate them on vehicle options, and drive sales through quality interactions.

Responsibilities
Be the first point of contact for clients to communicate with about the dealership, available vehicles and other services offered
Ask probing questions and determine customer needs in order to match their expectations and identify up-sell opportunities
Educate clients on various makes and models in-house, including direct comparisons and up-selling opportunities
Accurately discuss pricing for purchasing or leasing new vehicles, add-ons, maintenance scheduling, and more
Stay up to date on vehicle inventory
Work with management to establish sales goals and measurables for performance related compensation
Attend staff meetings, training and keep up with product knowledge on a monthly basis
Be enthusiastic about our dealership and help drive sales through quality interactions
Qualification
Required
1+ years of automotive sales experience is a plus but not necessary
Lincoln / Ford-specific experience or knowledge is a huge plus
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Attention to detail and able to stay knowledgeable about a variety of vehicles
Professional demeanor and appearance
Driven to close the sale
Valid Driver's License and clean driving record with reliable transportation (required)
