Responsibilities
Build rapport with prospective buyers, determine buyers’ housing needs and interests, demonstrate our model home and/structural and upgrade items at the community level
Assisting clients with making selections to customize their home
Entering customer information/selections into Brix systems
Develop a thorough knowledge of home features, options pricing, and design center selections and effectively communicate those to prospects and buyers
Qualification
Required
Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Prior design related experience with a home builder
Excellent customer service skills
Detail oriented, self-disciplined, and organized with focus on excellent follow-up
Willingness to learn and adapt
Ability to deal with conflict & set expectations
Great listening skills and creative problem solving with the ability to provide a solution
Must be a team-player with an enthusiastic attitude
Effective communication skills and a sense of urgency
Good time management skills
Work scheduled would potentially include weekends
Must have reliable car and driver's license to visit different communities
