2+ years expWerner Auto Team is seeking an experienced Automotive Billing Clerk to join their team. The role involves processing car deals by verifying documentation and posting transactions to accounting, as well as handling wholesales and other related duties in the automotive dealership.

Responsibilities
Billing retail deals, dealer trades and wholesales and all related duties including accounting
Responsible for the completion of all documents (signatures, verify VIN, etc.)
Address missing stipulations communicated from lender immediately
Process trade-ins pay-off checks in a timely manner
Reconciling physical inventories to accounting and all corresponding schedules
Maintain confidentiality of customer information, dealership policies and procedures, privacy and compliance laws
Verifies documents for all vehicle sales and posts deals to accounting
Identifies internal control issues by reviewing existing policies, verifying changes in authorized personnel, and communicating issues to the Controller
Processes payoffs on trade-ins and floor plan, pulls contracts
Verifies Finance and Insurance (F&I) data to documents
Reconciles inventory schedules as assigned on a weekly and monthly basis
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or General Education Diploma
2 years related experience and/or training
Ability to process car deals by verifying the completeness of documentation
Ability to post transactions for retail deals, wholesale deals, and dealer trades
Ability to maintain confidentiality of customer information, dealership policies and procedures, privacy and compliance laws
Ability to reconcile physical inventories to accounting and all corresponding schedules
Ability to verify documents for all vehicle sales and post deals to accounting
Ability to identify internal control issues by reviewing existing policies
Ability to process payoffs on trade-ins and floor plan
Ability to verify Finance and Insurance (F&I) data to documents
Ability to reconcile inventory schedules as assigned on a weekly and monthly basis
