Lead change management activities to drive employee engagement and adoption

Develop change management materials as outlined in the strategic communications and training plans

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address potential barriers to change

Provide regular updates and progress reports to project stakeholders

Demonstrate a calm and proactive approach to managing change in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment

Preferred

Relevant experience in a change management or communications role, in a consulting or professional services environment

Management Consulting experience

Prosci Certification or comparable Change Management Certification

Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills

Ability to work independently and take initiative to move work forward

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
