Responsibilities
Responsible for the service satisfaction of dealers in the country, the local accessories supply rate, accessories sales targets
Responsible for planning, organizing and implementing the service capability improvement plan for dealers
Responsible for the construction of active service and passive service working procedures, standards and matching team building
Responsible for parts planning, warehousing logistics planning, delivery (including host) and management
Responsible for product testing, product pre-market service planning and preparation in the host country
Qualification
Required
bachelor degree or above, mechanical related major
5 years or more service and service management work experience
English can be used as the working language
Preferred
with aerial work platform machinery industry service experience is preferred
