Business Development Intern

Responsibilities
Conduct cold calling to identify and engage potential clients across targeted industries
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads through effective outreach and market research
Deliver clear, professional, and persuasive communication to prospects during initial contact and follow-ups
Schedule and prepare for sales meetings, demos, and client presentations under supervision
Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system
Follow up diligently with leads to nurture relationships and drive conversions
Collaborate with the sales team
Qualification
Required
Proven ability to communicate confidently and professionally, both verbally and in writing
Strong aptitude for cold calling with a focus on persistence, clarity, and empathy
Excellent follow-up skills with a track record of maintaining engagement with leads
Basic understanding of sales funnels, CRM tools, and lead management processes
Self-starter with a high level of initiative, adaptability, and resilience
Willingness to learn, receive feedback, and grow within a performance-oriented environment
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven, and team-based setting
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (preferred)
