Management Consulting Group is a Technology industry leader, and they are seeking a Sales Operations Programs Coordinator. The role involves supporting the coordination, facilitation, logistics, and fulfillment of various internal assets for Commercial activities.

Responsibilities
Interact with Commercial organization on various program timelines and deliverables- surveys, tracking details, scheduling and coordinating movements of assets that are managed by the department
Balances competing priorities of sales, marketing, and third party vendors, serving as a communication liaison and resolving scheduling conflicts
Responsible in the shipping/receiving and intake processing of internal assets supporting Commercial initiatives on behalf of Intuitive’s Sales Operations Programs team
Troubleshoot and test equipment to ensure functionality prior to supporting Commercial events
Organize and manage warehouse and program inventory (systems, instrumentation, accessories)
Operate and maintain material handling equipment (i.e. label machine, pallet jack)
Assist with Sales Operations Programs annual maintenance/system upgrades
Qualification
Required
Effective time management, detail-oriented
Organized and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional Customer Service
Computer proficiency: Microsoft Office, Excel
Fluent in English
Must be able to lift 80lbs
Minimal travel may be required
Minimum of 2-4 years of relevant work experience
Drivers license required
Bachelors degree
Preferred
Prior logistics experience a plus
