Business Development Team Lead
SV Academy is partnering with a high-growth AI company that’s redefining business engagement. The Business Development Team Lead will guide and mentor a team of BDRs while driving their own sales performance, contributing to the company's rapid scaling.

Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and motivate a small team of BDRs to achieve and exceed pipeline and revenue goals
Execute your own outbound prospecting and qualification to drive high-quality meetings and set the bar for excellence
Support new BDRs with onboarding, call coaching, and feedback to accelerate their ramp and confidence
Partner with Sales Leadership and Marketing to optimize outreach strategies, messaging, and target account lists
Analyze activity and performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and celebrate team wins
Maintain and report on key performance metrics using CRM and sales engagement tools
Qualification
Required
2+ years in a BDR/SDR or Inside Sales role within a SaaS environment, with proven success generating qualified pipeline
Enjoy helping others grow, giving feedback, and leading by example
Consistently exceeded goals and are ready to leverage that experience to elevate a team
See the big picture and find ways to improve workflows, outreach, and conversion
Skilled with CRM and sales engagement tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, or SalesLoft
Ambitious, adaptable, and eager to advance quickly — including a clear path to AE in 12 months
