Responsibilities

Conduct digital landscape assessments
Develop customer journeys
Create data-driven customer profiles
Create integrated multi-channel strategies targeting patients, providers and payers
Create digital strategies
Create points-of-view and recommendations surrounding emerging channels
Develop measurement plans and integrated reports
Analyze performance data and make improvement recommendations
Recommend and manage tests and optimization actions
Stay abreast of emerging digital trends

Required

Established an independent consulting practice
Proven experience in a Lead Strategist role at an agency, consulting firm or client
Track record of conceiving and guiding strategies that make a measurable impact
Demonstrated subject matter expertise surrounding digital and multi-channel engagement in Health OR planning digital health solutions
Experience working with cross-channel data and analytical tools
Ability to interpret and analyze digital performance data
Ability to develop measurement plans and design actionable reports
Strong client consultation skills with ability to guide a strategic discussion
Analytical thinker with strong organizational skills
Strong understanding of strategic marketing process

Preferred

MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred but not required
