They are seeking a high-speed junior officer or NCO with cyber mission experience to coordinate engagements with stakeholders, manage customer deliverables and timelines, and support solution development for customer challenges.

Responsibilities

You will be working with our Customer Experience team that interacts with and supports our community members daily with intelligence and malware analysis, threat research, and remote incident response

You will be responsible for coordinating engagements with stakeholders, managing customer deliverables and timelines, and demonstrating technology implementation plans for our expanding customer base

You will need to be extremely effective at building rapport over the phone and in-person with a range of technical-minded customers and senior decision-makers

Required

Active Top Secret/SCI clearance

Have 180 days of military service or fewer remaining prior to your date of discharge and at least 180 continuous days of active service

Obtain written approval from your unit commander

Agree that participation in SkillBridge can be terminated at any time by the service, if mission requirements dictate

Local to the DC/MD/VA area and willing to commute to our Columbia, MD office daily

Minimum 3 years of cyber mission or training environment experience required

Knowledge and experience working with the military/DoD and the cyber security industry

Demonstrated ability to present ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Excellent interpersonal skills and outstanding written and oral communication skills; ability to articulate complex technical issues effectively and appropriately for a wide range of audiences

Possession of excellent analytical skills

Self-driven and self-motivated; attention to detail and having a great attitude

Take ownership of projects and drive them to completion
