Responsibilities
Work with licensed agents/producers across the country to determine appropriate product and/or financial strategy recommendations for their clients
Utilize software platforms to provide illustrations and product recommendations
Educate agents/producers on the products and marketing programs that IAMS offers
Recruit licensed life insurance agents/producers to promote IAMS end-to-end service and support and promote carriers and their offerings to help the agents grow their business
Provide administration, back-office support, marketing and case design
A dedicated resource for our insurance agents/producers to help them grow their business
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High school diploma/GED
Must be professional, highly motivated/driven and outgoing
Ability to work with little supervision
Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
Must be detail oriented with accuracy
Not afraid of making phone calls
Must be able to pass a background check
Preferred
Annuity insurance experience; as an agent/producer, working with agents/producers, experience with an IMO or working with an IMO definitely preferred
Extensive knowledge of various insurance products and policies preferred
3 years of solid sales, client service and customer acquisition experience preferred
