The Systems Integration Testing, Lead Associate will be responsible for system Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V), working closely with development teams to create and execute integration testing plans.

Responsibilities

Responsible for system Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V)

Work closely with the development teams to understand segment and enterprise requirements

Review segment-level test scenarios and test reports

Create system integration level test plans and detailed test procedures

Execute end-to-end integration testing

Provide a final test report and recommendation to move the system forward toward operations

Required

Active TS/SCI clearance (with Poly)

BS/BA in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Math, or related technical discipline or equivalent experience and 5+ years of experience (or Masters and 3+ years of experience); an additional four years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree

Ability to develop and document test plans, detailed test procedures, test reports, test activities and transition plans

Ability to work independently and within a team environment

Good customer teaming skills; ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams

Strong interpersonal, problem solving, critical thinking, organizational, and multi-tasking skills

Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, and ability to lead technical forums
