Responsibilities

Conducts on-site customer operational and/or systems analysis resulting in problem identification when not working remotely
During engagements, identifies operational and system enhancement opportunities
Demonstrates versatility and expertise by effectively analyzing current processes and varied problems to identify recommendations for improvement
Prepare reports that summarize findings, recommend process improvements, and provide guidance on implementing these changes
Effectively discusses JH products, services, and solutions with customers to ensure client retention
Meet aggressive deadlines and be able to work on multiple projects concurrently
Interact professionally with other employees, customers, and suppliers
Work effectively as a team contributor on all assignments
May assist less experienced peers
May perform other job duties as assigned

Required

Minimum of 3 years of experience working in the banking industry
Experience in Bank Loan back-office banking operations
Must be able to travel up to 40%. Travel is typically 1 trip a month, lasting 4-5 days. Travel frequency based on client request

Preferred

Experience working with Jack Henry products
Experience working with CIF 20/20 core banking system
Consulting or related field knowledge
Able to define system and functional requirements
Experience with Query or data mining tools
Developing professional expertise. Works on non-complex to moderately complex projects. Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices
Good communication and customer interaction skills
Good organizational skills
Good knowledge of the financial industry
Able to analyze current processes and identify recommendations for improvement
Able to project a positive image to customers
Able to meet aggressive deadlines
Able to work on multiple projects concurrently
