Responsibilities

Executive responsibility over projects

Client relations and project status updates

Budget preparation and development of value proposals

Project registration

Development and monitoring of project schedules

Facilitate communication along the value chain, creating spaces to discuss and resolve arising issues

Financial control monitoring

Management of shipments and receipt of goods and services (with suppliers and clients)

Management of deliverables and project closure

Post-sale follow-up and client satisfaction surveys

Risk analysis

Development and management of communication and risk control plans

Recording and resolution of incidents

Follow-up on corrective actions

Final project evaluation and identification of improvement opportunities

Required

2 to 3 years of experience in after sales and warranty
