Responsibilities

Accurate digital takeoffs from blueprints using On-Screen Takeoff (preferred) or similar (Bluebeam, PlanSwift)

Generate paint quantity takeoffs and assist with pricing

Prepare and submit bids to GCs/clients (no sales chasing required)

Drive submittal process and track approvals

Issue paint orders and prepare field packages

Price and negotiate change orders

Coordinate drawing revisions and field adjustments remotely

Maximize job profitability through proactive management
