Senior Territory Sales Manager

Addtronics Custom Automation is seeking a results-driven Senior Territory Sales Manager with 3–5 years of outside sales experience in capital equipment. This role is responsible for developing and managing a multi-state regional territory, generating leads, closing deals, and driving sustained revenue growth.

Responsibilities

Prospect, network, and generate new business within assigned territory
Build and manage a strong, qualified sales pipeline
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
Develop trusted client relationships and deliver tailored technical solutions
Partner with Applications and internal teams to support customer needs
Track leads, opportunities, and forecasts in CRM
Conduct competitive analysis to grow market share
Support quoting, trade shows, and promotional strategy

Required

3–5 years of successful B2B outside sales experience (capital equipment/CAPEX required)
Proven strength in consultative, solution-based selling
Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
Bachelor's degree required
Ability to travel frequently with overnight stays
Self-motivated, highly organized, and results-driven
Comfortable engaging both technical and executive stakeholders
Valid driver's license, clean driving record, U.S. citizenship required
