Responsibilities

Assist with quantity tracking and verification
Assist with tracking of materials inventory on the project site
Assist with Building layout and survey
Assist with organization, storage and maintenance of tools
Verify embeds and other constructability related items
Coordinate delivery of materials and equipment
Assist in writing of Requests for Information (RFIs)
Assist in Subcontractor management
Participate in Weekly coordination meetings
Assist with document management and maintain as-builts
Conduct site safety audits and participate in site safety meetings
Daily log – Maintain and manage accurate daily entries

Qualification

Construction management degreeOSHA 30 certificationExcel proficiencyMulti-tasking abilityCollaboration skillsCommunication skillsDetail-orientedSelf-starter

Required

Two or four-year degree in construction management or related field
Some Internship, education or field experience
Strong collaboration and communication skills
Thorough and detail-oriented
Ability to prioritize and multi-task within time constraints
Self-starter and motivated with minimal supervision
Strong computer skills, including Excel

Preferred

Demonstrated experience initiating and driving continuous improvement
Current OSHA 30 certification
