Sr. Product Manager, Cross Product Services
Grammarly is now part of Superhuman, the AI productivity platform on a mission to unlock the superhuman potential in everyone. The Senior Product Manager will lead product development for the Cross Product Services team, shaping the services that power multi-product experiences and collaborating with various teams to enhance customer experiences across Superhuman products.

Responsibilities
Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for Superhuman’s foundational cross-product services that power accounts & user provisioning
Own the vision, design, and evolution of shared systems that manage free and paid accounts, team structures, and user & product provisioning, ensuring reliability, scalability, and extensibility as Superhuman’s portfolio grows
Collaborate deeply with product, engineering, and business partners to scale these systems, enable new business models, and support seamless integration of future products and acquisitions
Transform ambiguity into alignment: identify core shared services needs, shape technical direction with engineering, and drive cross-company adoption of scalable, future-proof services
Qualification
Required
Has at least 5 years of experience with Product Management building shared services, platform services and APIs
Experience building for enterprise environments and supporting complex requirements like hub and spoke, multiple products and bundles, sophisticated group and team management
Can drive learning, execution, and impact in a product area with ambiguity
Strong communication and collaboration skills; you can align stakeholders across Product teams, Engineering and GTM functions
Has a demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal guidance, proactively manages tasks and priorities across multiple projects, analyzes and executes work efficiently, collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams, and thrives in fast-paced, results-driven environments
