Defines and drives long-term product strategy across multiple product lines, aligning with organizational goals and market trends

Oversees a portfolio of products or large-scale initiatives, ensuring cohesive development, prioritization, and delivery of features that maximize business value

Builds strong relationships with executive stakeholders, translating business needs into product opportunities and influencing strategic decisions

Mentors Product Managers I and II, promoting best practices in product management, Agile methodologies, and cross-functional collaboration

Leads competitive analysis, market research, and emerging technology assessments to identify new opportunities and maintain product differentiation

Leads post-launch performance reviews, leveraging analytics and user feedback to drive continuous improvement and innovation

Acts as a senior product owner in Agile ceremonies, ensuring alignment between product vision and execution

Performs other duties as assigned to support the eﬃcient operation of the department
