Turn stacks of paperwork (prescriptions, invoices, EOBs, etc.) into clean, accurate claims
Handle VA and Hospice billing with precision and care
Resolve denials, fix billing errors, and find creative solutions
Collect payments and maintain accurate account records
Audit documentation for accuracy and compliance
Be a friendly, professional point of contact for patients, providers, and insurers
Qualification
Required
1+ year of medical billing experience
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
Proficient in computer systems and data entry
Dependable, professional, and discreet with confidential information
Preferred
NCICS certification
Spanish fluency
