Responsibilities
Perform full CNC setups on mills and lathes
Read travelers, blueprints, and GD&T
Set tooling, fixturing, and offsets
Run prove-outs and make minor G-code edits
Machine tight-tolerance parts in small–mid lot sizes
Perform first-piece and in-process inspections
Support deburring and finishing
Maintain a clean and organized 5S workstation
Coordinate with weekend quality/engineering teams
Qualification
Required
3+ years CNC setup experience (mills AND lathes)
Ability to run full setups independently
Strong blueprint and GD&T knowledge
Skilled with tooling, fixtures, and offsets
Proficient with micrometers, calipers, height gages, bore gages
US Person (ITAR)
Reliable for Fri–Sun 6am–6pm schedule
