Responsibilities

Oversee all on-site activities to ensure timely project completion and customer satisfaction
Prepare installation schedules
Lead project kick-off meetings
Supervise a team of employees, managing their time and work hours
Monitor project progress
Control job costs
Ensure compliance with contract requirements
Coordinate equipment checks, sub-assemblies, and hardware packaging

Required

Strong technical knowledge of tool assembly processes and welding/automated systems
Ability to interpret engineering drawings. Knowledge of mechanical standards, tooling assembly, and setup
3+ years' experience as frontline leadership of skilled technicians including machine builders, toolmakers, pipefitters, welders, electricians, robot programmers, controls designers

Preferred
