Set the Vision: Team up with engineering, product, and design leaders to shape the direction and strategy of your teams
Drive Results: Create and guide strategies that lead to clear, measurable outcomes. Keep the team focused on delivering impactful work that makes a difference
Foster Team Spirit: Build a collaborative, inclusive, and supportive culture that prioritizes quick, impactful execution
Shape Engineering Culture: Be an active contributor to growing and evolving our engineering culture. Take part in initiatives that drive positive change and make our teams stronger
Qualification
Required
Proven track record of teaming up with product and design leaders to achieve great outcomes together
Experience in a similar technical leadership role, guiding projects and teams to success
Experience in helping engineers grow in their personal and professional journeys
Belief in taking smart risks, learning from failures quickly, and continuously improving
Ability to thrive in uncertainty and take on products with a high level of ambiguity
Experience building zero-to-one products or MVPs to validate ideas and transforming them into successful, impactful features
