Responsibilities

Develop our competitive go-to-market and customer growth strategy for our TPA business segment
Conduct research and communicate learnings about the TPA landscape to stakeholders, including the board, executive team, functional leaders, and team members
Manage a cross-functional team consisting of sales, marketing, product, strategy & client services to meet revenue and profit goals for the TPA segment
Partner with customers and internal legal team members to negotiate deals & contracts with key customers; interact directly with customers as needed
Ensure comprehensive segment industry training of sales and key stakeholders
Performs other duties as assigned

Required

10+ years of experience working in the Third Party Administration market
In-depth understanding of the TPA industries, including knowledge of products, decision making processes, and regulatory regimes
Demonstrated success working to negotiate and execute enterprise level contracts across multiple business lines
Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead direct reports and collaborate across internal departments
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and compelling manner
Must be currently legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status, 0-1, TN, CPT, OPT, etc.)
