Responsibilities

Act as the go-to resource for digital and automation solutions, tackling manufacturing challenges and enhancing operational performance
Lead troubleshooting efforts and root cause analyses to implement effective, sustainable solutions
Ensure production systems and devices are online and functioning optimally, providing essential operational support
Interface with vendors for discussions, consultations, and upgrades to optimize our systems
Take the lead on smaller projects while supporting larger initiatives, contributing to our automation transformation journey
Gather and analyze system performance data to identify and implement process improvements
Provide input on the development and revision of policies related to our Cyber Security Program, ensuring compliance and best practices

Required

Bachelor's Degree in IT Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related IT or engineering field
Several years of hands-on experience with relevant technologies in manufacturing
Proficient in manufacturing process control systems, electrical systems, and knowledgeable in PLC and HMI programming
Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills
Ability to understand business value drivers and a passion for driving change
Highly motivated with the ability to build strong relationships across various teams and levels
Skilled in conveying complex technical information clearly, both verbally and in writing
Experience in supporting cyber security initiatives, including system hardening and configuration management

Preferred

7+ years of hands-on experience with relevant technologies in manufacturing
