Technical Support Representative
DIGITAL MONITORING PRODUCTS is seeking a Technical Support Technician who is passionate about problem-solving and technology. In this role, you will provide technical assistance and ensure customer satisfaction by delivering quick and accurate solutions to issues faced by DMP dealers.

Responsibilities
Answer technical questions through any means of communication
Makes customers and their needs a primary focus of their actions; developing and sustaining productive customer relationships
Finds solutions, does not leave callers without a resolution or steps to resolution
Demonstrates job excellence by taking detailed notes of everything that happens during their calls
Verifies answers are correct by testing or checking documentation
Develops knowledge of security industry and its products through dealer interaction
Qualification
Required
Excellent verbal communication skills; able to convey competence, confidence and empathy over any means of communication
Demonstrated proficiency in typing
High degree of accuracy/detail oriented
Ability to troubleshoot or problem solve
Ability to learn technical materials quickly
