Responsibilities
Support our operations by participating in projects and activities organized by our engineering department
Work on challenging, high-profile assignments
Provide value to the organization by completing a well-defined, key project by the end of their internship
Support the continuing operations of the plant alongside senior engineers
Manage an independent plant expansion or productivity project with final presentation
Perform engineering and project management work like creating designs in AutoCAD, sizing equipment, building parts lists, and maintaining a project schedule and budget
Collaborate with project managers, process engineers, operations, procurement, safety, and other business groups
Qualification
Required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Integrative or Industrial Engineering
Ability to demonstrate past leadership in school, internship or sporting activities
Preferred
Hands-on experience through at least one, relevant, off-campus internship or co-op
