Part-Time Mental Health Provider (TalkNow) - Friday & Sunday (6am-4pm CST)
TimelyCare is a telehealth service dedicated to supporting higher education students and faculty. The part-time TalkNow Provider will deliver emotional support and crisis intervention services to members, ensuring quality care through collaboration and adherence to clinical standards.

Responsibilities
Provide crisis intervention, de-escalation, and triage support (via phone, video, or chat) as needed for members using TalkNow services
Act as a primary mental health provider to support members with a person-centered, strengths-based approach
Collaborate with members to develop care plans, progress care, and conduct risk assessments as needed
Appropriately document sessions, assessments, and care plans in our electronic health record (EHR)
Adhere to established standards for clinical documentation quality, HIPAA/PHI, and telehealth regulations
Qualification
Required
Completion of a Master's Degree (M.A./M.S.) in Psychology, Professional Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage & Family Therapy with Provisional or Associate License is required
Strong clinical writing, assessment, and active listening skills
Experience with crisis intervention and de-escalation
Adherence to established standards for clinical documentation quality, HIPAA/PHI, and telehealth regulations
Able to adapt to the needs of the members we serve
Able to use evidence-based modalities and active listening skills in order to build rapport and progress care
Able to remain calm and assess, triage, and document sessions with members who are potentially in crisis or are experiencing thoughts of self-harm or suicidal ideation
Able to support members with professionalism, empathy, and an awareness of cultural humility
Valid U.S. work authorization
Preferred
Fully Licensed Mental Health Practitioner - PLUS
Experience providing therapeutic services to young adults, adolescents, at risk populations, or have worked in a community mental health, crisis support, or college counseling environment
