Responsibilities

Analyze and interpret data to define business requirements and workflows
Identify process improvement opportunities
Develop and maintain detailed functional specifications
Design process models and deliver training to relevant stakeholders
Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
Apply strategic, critical, and innovative thinking to solve complex problems
Foster collaboration and professionalism within a dynamic and high-performing environment
Maintain comprehensive documentation for all deliverables
Perform additional responsibilities as required

Qualification

ETRM platformsPowerGas Energy sectorsCollaboration with officesMicrosoft Office SuiteWindows-based operating systems

Required

Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or a related technical discipline
In-depth understanding of the Power and Gas Energy sectors and ISO trading markets
Familiarity with ETRM platforms and solutions
Strong background in collaborating with Front Office, Middle Office, and Back Office teams on IT initiatives
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint)
Expertise in Windows-based operating systems

Preferred

Strong expertise in Market Risk, P&L, Credit Risk, Accounting, and Invoicing
Knowledge of electronic trading platforms
