Responsibilities
Research and evaluate AI-enabled tools that support internal mobility and opportunity marketplace initiatives following pilot programs to help scale learnings for future rollouts
Review and assess the quality of manager feedback questions, including analysis of our home-grown AI feedback agent, and recommend improvements
Partner with Talent Management, HR Tech, and People Analytics teams to identify opportunities to embed AI into TM workflows
Present findings and recommendations to help Adobe modernize its approach to employee feedback and development
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, Analytics, Operations, or a related field, with an expected graduation date between December 2026 – June 2027
Strong curiosity and problem-solving mindset – you enjoy asking 'why,' testing ideas, and improving how work gets done
Analytical and detail-oriented, with the ability to work with data and translate insights into clear recommendations
Interest in AI, automation, and how emerging technology can improve people processes and employee experiences
Comfortable working with tools like Excel for basic analysis and reporting
Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with partners
Self-starter who can experiment, learn independently, and bring ideas forward
