Bilingual Member Services Coordinator
hc360 is dedicated to enhancing employee health and wellness through innovative programs. The Bilingual Member Services Coordinator will provide exceptional customer service to participants and support them in navigating their wellness program and benefits.

Responsibilities
Answering all questions related to HealthCheck360 products, services, and programs through phone, email and chat
Assisting with tasks that may include processing Physician’s Screening Forms, participant outreaches, printing or binding, and other special projects
Providing feedback and presenting solutions to improve efficiencies and the participant experience
Support advocacy services to help members understand and utilize their benefits effectively
Qualification
Required
Exceptional customer service skills
Ability to support participants through wellness programs
Ability to address inquiries or concerns related to wellness initiatives
Ability to answer questions related to HealthCheck360 products, services, and programs through phone, email, and chat
Ability to assist with processing Physician's Screening Forms, participant outreaches, printing or binding, and other special projects
Ability to provide feedback and present solutions to improve efficiencies and the participant experience
Ability to support advocacy services to help members understand and utilize their benefits effectively

Intermediate level of Spanish with the ability to read, write, and speak Spanish professionally in a customer service setting
Availability to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST
