Assist with gathering data, surveying the community, and researching information regarding opportunities to increasing reading proficiency scores
Collaborate with the K-5 Grade Librarian and library administration to assess current practices, identify gaps, and design innovative solutions
Qualification
Required
Recent graduate or currently enrolled as a full-time student at a college or university with an interest in pursuing a career in public libraries
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work as a team member and collaborate effectively with others
Basic understanding of legal and policy language
