Prepare full sets of construction documents
Apply knowledge of design trends, construction methodology, and architectural building systems
Research and apply building codes to technical documents
Collaborate effectively in a team environment
Meet project deadlines and contribute to project coordination and delivery
Qualification
Required
3-5 years of architecture experience
Licensed to practice architecture in California
Proficient with Autodesk Revit
Proficient with Bluebeam Revu or other markup software
Strong knowledge of design, construction methodology, and building systems
Knowledge of applicable building codes and ability to research and apply them
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Ability to manage time and meet deadlines efficiently
