The State of Florida is seeking an Attorney Supervisor to lead efforts in advocating for the safety and well-being of children in the legal system. The role involves managing multiple cases, ensuring compliance with legal standards, and collaborating with various stakeholders to support children in need.

Responsibilities
Advocate for the safety, well-being, and permanency of Florida’s abused, abandoned, and neglected children
Ensure Florida and federal legal requirements are met to secure permanent and safe homes for dependent children
Collaborate with investigators and case managers to gather the evidence necessary to support the legal action that is appropriate for each child
Prepare partners to serve as witnesses at trial
Employ best practice litigation techniques to lead pleadings and trial presentations in dependency advocacy
Qualification
Required
Law Degree
Member of the Florida Bar
Supervising attorney experience
Strong communication and writing skills
Preferred
Litigation experience preferred
