Superior is a national leader in electrical design and construction, looking for highly motivated students for their Talent Acquisition Internship for Summer 2026. Interns will gain hands-on experience in full-cycle recruiting, including attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent.

Responsibilities
Gain exposure to the recruiting lifecycle, including job postings, sourcing strategies, talent market researches, and screening processes
Support resume reviews and help identify potential candidates for the Talent Acquisition team
Help coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process
Maintain accuracy and organization within our applicant tracking system (ATS)
Support talent pipeline tracking and documentation of recruiting activities
Participate in projects that build your understanding of recruiting operations, employer branding, and talent strategy
Qualification
Required
You must be currently enrolled at an accredited college or university pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications or related field
You're a great communicator, a team player, and ready to work with colleagues across different teams
You're passionate about delivering a great candidate experience
You're highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
You're able to exercise confidentiality and discretion with sensitive information
