Residential Clinician - Juvenile Justice

They are seeking a Residential Clinician for their Juvenile Justice residential program, where the clinician will provide individual and group therapy for court-involved youth aged 13 to 21, along with case management and advocacy.

Responsibilities

Provide individual and family therapy weekly as needed or indicated
Participate in the development and implementation of Individual Service Plans
Provide case management and advocacy for youth as needed
Facilitate curriculum-based treatment groups in DBT, Substance abuse, and Risk Reduction
Conduct assessments and evaluations to include evaluating risk and developing safety plans, as needed

Qualification

Clinical License eligibilityAdolescentsMaster’s degree in Healing ArtsDBT skillsTeam environment experience

Required

Master's degree in the Healing Arts
Clinical License eligible (LMHC, LICSW)
At least 3 years experience with the population
Valid Massachusetts drivers license
