The ideal candidate will help customers secure the best financing and protection options while ensuring compliance and maximizing dealership profitability.

Responsibilities
Present and sell financing options, extended warranties, protection packages, and insurance products to customers in a clear and compliant manner
Secure financing through approved lenders and build strong relationships to ensure fast approvals and competitive rates
Review all sales contracts for accuracy and ensure all required paperwork is completed thoroughly and correctly
Maintain full compliance with federal, state, and dealership guidelines (e.g., privacy laws, menu presentation, disclosure requirements)
Maximize F&I department profitability through effective product presentation and closing strategies
Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth and efficient delivery process for every customer
Track and submit deals, process paperwork, and maintain organized records
Monitor product performance, chargebacks, and lender updates to continuously improve results
Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any financial or documentation issues promptly
Qualification
Required
Strong knowledge of automotive financing, lending guidelines, and F&I products
Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment
Valid driver's license
Preferred
Previous experience as an Automotive F&I Manager or Assistant F&I Manager
Proficiency with CDK dealer management system
