Responsibilities
Own and grow the company’s CJADC2 portfolio, including strategy, execution, and long-term business growth
Provide senior technical and program leadership for current and prior defense digital battlespace and CJADC2-related systems
Lead or oversee delivery of complex software-driven programs, ensuring mission alignment, interoperability, and execution excellence
Build and maintain strong relationships within CJADC2 client organizations and Service-level digital communities, with emphasis on the Air Force
Translate operational and mission requirements into technical problem statements, modernization strategies, and executable solutions
Partner with engineering, product, and program teams to shape architectures, roadmaps, and delivery approaches
Support growth and capture efforts by identifying opportunities, shaping solutions, and contributing to win strategies and proposals
Represent the company credibly with senior military, civilian, and industry stakeholders
Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States
Bachelor's degree
Deep mission credibility with hands-on technical and program leadership across the defense digital battlespace
Strong relationships across CJADC2 client communities, particularly within the Air Force
Ability to translate real operational challenges into modern software, data, and platform solutions
Experience in owning and growing a business portfolio, including strategy, execution, and long-term business growth
