Responsibilities

Design, pursue, lead and/or manage projects for local clients including WisDOT, MnDOT, counties and cities

Plan, direct, and design multi-disciplinary highway or civil design projects

Direct the work of others in the completion of required studies, documents, and reports

Conduct extensive agency coordination, planning and programming, and working with multi-discipline teams

Support in the preparation of proposals and lead scope development and execution upon selection

Coordinate project staffing and workload management for a team of engineers and designers

Required

Bachelor's degree in Engineering

7 years related experience

A minimum 2 years project management experience

Requires professional engineering license recognized by the licensing board for the location of the position offered. Example: Professional Engineer (PE or P.Eng) license

MS Office and MS Project experience is required (Access experience would be plus)

Demonstrated leadership skills
