Responsibilities

Support full-cycle recruiting efforts, including posting jobs, sourcing candidates, and screening resumes
Support communication with candidates throughout the hiring process and assist in coordinating and scheduling interviews
Help maintain accuracy and organization within our applicant tracking system (ATS)
Partner with the talent acquisition team to prioritize hiring needs and maintain consistent candidate pipelines
Perform additional projects and administrative tasks to support the talent acquisition team

Required

You must be currently enrolled at an accredited college or university pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications or related field
