Responsibilities
Champion Titan’s top-of-funnel engine, ensuring our talent pipelines are deep, diverse, and consistently high-caliber
Partner closely with Engineering, Talent, and Leadership to define what “great” looks like, and then go find it
Establish a culture of rigor, creativity, and high-touch candidate experience
Be both a strategic advisor and a scrappy operator, balancing long-term talent mapping with hands-on sourcing execution
Build and execute sourcing strategies for our most critical technical roles across Software Engineering, AI/ML, Infrastructure, and Data
Identify and engage elite passive talent through creative, multi-channel tactics beyond traditional tools (GitHub, meetups, open-source communities, technical forums, talent intelligence platforms, etc.)
Map talent markets, uncover competitor org structures, and deliver insights that shape hiring strategy
Develop long-term, diverse pipelines that enable Titan to hire with speed and conviction
Deliver a world-class, personalized first-touch experience that reflects Titan’s high bar and brand
Create systematic approaches to tracking funnel quality, sourcing impact, and candidate engagement effectiveness
Partner deeply with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to refine role requirements, calibrate on talent quality, and adjust search strategy in real time
Drive a culture of velocity, creativity, and data-backed decision making across top-of-funnel hiring
Qualification
Required
Demonstrated ability to identify, engage, and convert top-tier technical talent in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
2+ years of experience in a sourcing or full-cycle recruiting role with heavy sourcing focus, ideally within high-growth tech or agency environments
Proven track record of running multiple complex searches at once while maintaining quality and precision
Deep familiarity with advanced sourcing techniques, Boolean logic, GitHub/GitLab analysis, technical communities, and nontraditional talent channels
Skilled at interpreting funnel metrics, talent maps, and market signals to shape sourcing strategy
Strong partner to Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and technical leaders; able to build trust quickly and influence decisions
Comfort discussing programming languages, engineering domains, frameworks, and modern tech stacks
Resourceful, self-directed, energized by tough searches, and motivated by the pursuit of world-class talent
