Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Urow Real Estate, a national self-storage brokerage firm, is seeking to engage a Sales Development Representative to support front-end lead generation. The SDR identifies property owners, initiates first contact, and schedules qualified appointments for senior sales associates.

Responsibilities
Make 100+ outbound calls daily and secure 5+ qualified appointments weekly with self-storage property owners using provided lead lists and CRM tools
Secure 2+ sets of property financials weekly
Qualify leads and schedule appointments with motivated sellers for senior sales associates
Accurately log call activity, outcomes, and lead status in Salesforce
Follow company outreach scripts and prospecting frameworks
Maintain consistent communication and performance aligned with contractual requirements
Qualification
Required
Active Florida Real Estate Sales Associate License required (63-hour online course)
No previous sales experience required
Strong communication skills and comfort making cold calls
Coachable, organized, and able to meet structured daily performance targets
Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Salesforce experience is a plus but not required
