Responsibilities
Develop, edit, and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals, guides, and standard operating procedures
Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information and ensure accuracy in documentation
Translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and user-friendly content
Ensure all documentation adheres to company standards and guidelines
Review and update existing documentation to reflect changes in processes, systems, or technologies
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of documentation
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, Communications, or a related field
2-4 years of experience in technical writing or a similar role
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in using documentation tools and software
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
