Responsibilities

Develop and execute partnership strategies with banks, financial institutions, schemes and payment service providers to enhance Amazon Latin America (LATAM) countries payment offerings
Secure, sign-up, and manage working relationships with partners such as acquirers, issuers, schemes like VISA, MasterCard, Alternative Payment Methods (APMs), and Third Party Providers (3PPs)
Negotiate and finalize technical business contracts with banking partners, ensuring favorable terms for Technical Operations Amazon LATAM
Drive Service Level Agreements (SLAs) through partners to maintain high standards of service quality and customer satisfaction
Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Tech, Legal, Finance) to align partnership goals with overall business objectives
Coordinate E2E technical integrations and Security assessments, monitor and analyze partnership performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement
Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies in the acquirers, PSPs and payments space
Represent Amazon LATAM at industry events and conferences to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders

Required

Experience in program or project management
Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
Experience in defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics
Bachelor's degree, or BS degree
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel at an advanced level, including: pivot tables, macros, index/match, vlookup, VBA, data links, etc
Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to drive improvements

Preferred

Experience in driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
Experience working with multiple groups of stakeholders
Experience in project management including resource planning, managing schedules, reporting project status and prioritizing tasks
Driving process improvements experience
